Biography:

Former college athlete, Ed knows the hard work and dedication that is put forth in the fitness. He has been training clients for over 5 years now, seeing the good and bad, Ed has helped client reach their fitness goals. Whether that be weight loss, muscle gain or sports performance, he has multiple training techniques that he enjoys combining to whip up workouts that are tailored to the client’s desires.

Specialty: Bands, medicine ball, sand bags, battle rope, agility ladder and cones.
